Appointment Policies:

Placeholder Policy:

  • If you were in contact with one of our office members and reserved a POTENTIAL appointment, it will be reserved for 24 hours ONLY.

  • If you DID NOT confirm within 24 hours, it will NO longer be your potential appointment. 

  • If we did not create your students profile, please DO NOT assume that you have an appointment. 
     

Rescheduling Policy

  • Due to limited availability, if you cancel or reschedule expect a 5-6 week delay to get back in our schedule.
     

No Show Policy:

  • If the client/parent/guardian confirms the appointment via text, call or email and the instructor shows but the student is not there. There will be a $65 fee

    Travel Time Policies:

  • Even if you are in the areas that we serve, if you are over our time range we will create a meet up location 

  • Meet up location will vary depending on location.

  • Our time range is 25 minutes, from our office.

Payment Policies:

Venmo Transaction Policy:

  • If your transaction is from ($65 - $170) there is a $3.50 fee for paying via Venmo.
     

  • If your transaction is from ($171 - $250 ) there is a $5.00 fee for paying via Venmo.
     

  • If your transaction is from ($251 - $380) there is a $7.50 fee for paying via Venmo.
     

  • If your transaction fee is from ($381 - $450) there is a $10 fee for paying via Venmo.
     

  • If your transaction fee is from ($451 - $650) there is a $12.50 fee for paying via Venmo.

Cash or Check Policy:

  • If you are paying with cash or check, there is NO transaction fee. It is a flat fee for the total cost of the session.

COVID 19- Protocol

Positive Results:

  • Due to the high risk within our team, we have a 15 day quarantine period due to the close captivity in our vehicles. Which means we will not see you anytime before 15 days from the date after you tested positive. (This does vary by availability, this does pertain to our rescheduling policy) 
     

Face Mask:

  • Masks are OPTIONAL in the vehicle, for both our students and instructors.

  • Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns about our face mask policy.
     

Safety and Precaution  ​

  • If you have been in contact with anyone with flu , fever and/or COVID like symptoms we will reschedule your appointment a week from the date the office is notified.

    Our Precaution 

  • Our instructors are FULLY vaccinated.

  • After every student our vehicles are disinfected. 

  • Our vehicles are professionally sanitized weekly.
