Due to recent events a few girls have accused Mauricio Arce, owner of The Academy of Driving. These accusations were made 15, 12 and 10 years ago, and were brought to the court two years ago. With so much time that has gone by before knowing these claims, there is no way of finding proof of these events. As you know in our society, anyone can accuse a person without proof, the court will process these accusations, to believe the plaintiff. Instead of going to trial where a person doesn’t know the negative results, Mauricio took the plea, and Mauricio is in jail. Joshua, will contact each customer individually during this difficult and painful time. Joshua is in talks with other driving schools, to accommodate all of our students. He will reach out to you individually to give you options going forward.
